Terms of Service

The rules for using Jobra, in plain language. Last updated .

1. These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Jobra ("we", "us"). By using Jobra you agree to them, and by creating an account you confirm that you have read them and our Privacy Policy.

You can reach us through the contact page.

2. What Jobra is, and isn't

Jobra lists job and internship openings and links each one to the employer’s own application page. Many listings are collected automatically from public sources; we keep only those whose apply link goes to the employer’s careers site or hiring system, and leave out links to job boards, link shorteners and ad redirects. Others are added by our team.

  • We are not the employer, we don’t recruit, and we don’t receive or forward applications.
  • We can’t guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or that applying leads to an interview or a job. Check the details on the employer’s own page before you apply.
  • Jobra never charges you for a job, an interview or an offer. If anyone asks you to pay for one, it is a scam: don’t pay, and report the listing.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • Give your real name and an email address you use, and keep your password to yourself.
  • An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done with it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

4. Using Jobra fairly

Please don’t:

  • copy listings or questions in bulk, or use bots or scrapers on Jobra;
  • try to get into accounts, data or parts of the site that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service;
  • send false reports, or use Jobra for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

5. Interview practice, SalaryIQ and other content

Interview questions, answers, practice tests, roadmaps and articles are for your personal preparation. They are general guidance: they can’t predict what a particular employer will ask, and using them doesn’t guarantee any result. Don’t republish or sell them.

SalaryIQ gives estimates based on the official tax rules it cites and the figures you enter. It is not tax, legal or financial advice; your actual pay depends on your employer’s payroll and your own circumstances.

6. Career kits

A kit gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use its files for your own job search. Don’t share, resell or republish them. Prices, payment and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Other sites and ads

Jobra links to employers’ sites and shows ads from Google. We don’t control those sites or ads, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Company names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify who is hiring.

8. Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Jobra accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”, and listings come from employers and public sources we don’t control. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on a listing, an employer’s site or an estimate, and our total liability for anything to do with Jobra is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we’ll ask you to accept the new terms before you continue using your account.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please raise the issue with us; most problems are quicker to fix that way.

11. Contact and grievances

Write to us through the contact page and choose “Privacy or data request”; it reaches the person responsible for grievances.
