1. What you can pay for
Everything for job seekers on Jobra is free: browsing and applying for jobs, interview practice, SalaryIQ and free career kits. Jobra never charges you for a job, an interview or an offer.
The only things you might pay for are paid career kits, which are digital downloads. Paid kits are not on sale yet: their pages show “coming soon”. This policy applies from the day they go on sale.
2. Prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes.
- The price on the kit’s page is the total you pay. There are no extra fees, charges or taxes added at checkout.
- Each purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.
3. When you can get a refund
Because kits are downloaded straight away, a purchase can’t be returned. You get a full refund if, within 7 days of buying, you tell us that:
- you were charged but couldn’t download the kit, and we can’t fix it;
- you were charged more than once for the same kit;
- a file is broken or missing and we can’t replace it within 7 days; or
- the kit is materially different from its description.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. After a refund, access to the kit ends.
4. How to ask
Write to us through the contact page with the email on your Jobra account, the kit’s name and what went wrong. We’ll reply within 2 working days.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5. Grievances
Write to us through the contact page and choose “Privacy or data request”; it reaches the person responsible for grievances.
