The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing diverse information from various sources is a key part of daily activities, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

Support the development and implementation of business strategies by providing detailed analysis and insights.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business processes and project requirements.

This position is based at our Pune office.
